Costa leaving Calvin Klein

Calvin Klein has confirmed on Tuesday that Francisco Costa is departing the American company. This confirmation added the weight to speculation that Raf Simons is ready to be appointed by Calvin Klein. Francisco Costa, the women’s Calvin Klein collection creative director and Italo Zucchelli, the men’s Calvin Klein collection creative director will both as part of global evolution leave the brand.

The move is necessary because of Calvin Klein’s decision to unify all Calvin Klein brands under a creative vision. The announcement makes Simons who is experienced in both men’s and women’s wear; including sport wears the favourite to land the appointment.
