Jose Mourinho trolls Bayern Munich over their Bastian Schweinsteiger lovefest

Jose Mourinho has laughed off Bayern Munich’s reaction to his treatment of Bastian Schweinsteiger, feigning surprise that the German giants are yet to rescue him from the depths of despair.
The vastly experience former Germany captain joined United last summer but managed just 12 Premier League appearances as a result of his poor fitness record.
Since arriving at Old Trafford, Mourinho has made it abundantly clear that the 32-year-old does not feature in his first team plans and has forced Schweinsteiger to train with the Under-21s.
Earlier this week the World Cup winner took to Twitter to thank United fans for their support and would be ready to play should his current manager need him.
Mourinho’s treatment of Schweinsteiger has drawn criticism from his former club and national team-mate Manuel Neuer, while Bayern club president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge suggested there would always be room for a player of his experience and standing at the club.
‘I thought after some quotes from Bayern they would run to Manchester to bring him back. I am surprised Rummenigge is not here now,’ quipped Mourinho, in typically mischievous fashion before confirming the German is unlikely to figure this season.
‘It’s very difficult for him to play, not impossible but very difficult as we have a decision made on midfield. I cannot answer for him, it’s his life and his career, he has a contract here and a right to stay.’
